3.2 Restricted countries
You may not open an account or play at Kiwi's Treasure Casino if you are resident in, located in, or accessing the Site from any country where online gambling is prohibited by law or where we do not offer our services. The list of restricted countries includes, but is not limited to:
- Australia

3.3 Personal use only
Kiwi's Treasure Casino is offered for your personal entertainment only. You may not use your account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of another person, or as part of any group, pool, or betting syndicate.
4. Account Registration

- Full name
- Date of birth
- Residential address
- Email address
- Mobile phone number, where requested
- Preferred account currency, where available
You promise that the information you provide is true, accurate and up to date. You must update your account details if they change.
4.2 One account policy
You may register one account only with Kiwi's Treasure Casino. If we find multiple accounts held by the same person, we may close or merge those accounts and cancel bonuses, free spins, or winnings linked with duplicate accounts.
4.3 Identity checks
We may carry out identity, age, address, payment, and security checks at any time. You may be asked to provide documents, which can include:
- Copy of a valid photo ID (passport, driver licence, or national ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document)
- Proof of ownership of your payment method (part of a bank statement or card copy, with sensitive information covered)
If you do not provide the requested documents within a reasonable time, we may suspend or close your account and hold any withdrawals until checks are complete.
4.4 Login details and security
You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any security information secret. You must:
- Keep your login details safe and private
- Change your password regularly
- Log out after each session, especially when using a shared device
- Tell us at once if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account when your username and password are used correctly.
5. Deposits and Payments In
5.1 Deposit methods
Kiwi's Treasure Casino offers a range of deposit methods for New Zealand players, including:
- Visa debit and credit cards
- Mastercard debit and credit cards
- PaysafeCard prepaid vouchers
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Skrill 1-Tap™
- NETELLER
Available methods may change from time to time and may differ depending on your location, currency, or previous transaction history. The cashier section of the Site shows the current options for your account.
5.2 Deposit limits and processing
Deposit limits and processing times may vary by method. In general:
- Minimum deposits usually start from $1–$10, depending on the deposit screen and method
- Most deposits are processed instantly or within a short time
- Some bank or card transactions may take up to one full day to appear
You will see the applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits in the cashier at the time you make a payment. We may adjust these limits at our discretion.
5.3 Ownership of payment methods
You may only use a payment method that is in your own name and under your control. If we find that you have used a card or account belonging to someone else, we may treat any deposits as void, cancel winnings, and return funds to the rightful owner of the payment method.
5.4 Currency and fees
Your account will be set in a specific currency as shown when you register or at your first deposit. If your bank, card provider or payment service converts funds, that conversion is carried out by them at their own rates. Any foreign exchange fees, conversion costs, or bank charges are your responsibility.
Kiwi's Treasure Casino may charge fees on certain transactions where clearly stated in the cashier. We may also pass on third-party fees related to specific withdrawal methods, such as direct bank transfers, as set out in these Terms.
6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy
6.1 General withdrawal rules
You may request a withdrawal of real money funds from your Kiwi's Treasure Casino account at any time, subject to:
- Any active bonus terms or wagering requirements
- Completion of identity and payment checks
- Compliance with these Terms and any game or promotion rules
We process withdrawals using the same method used for deposit whenever possible, subject to payment provider rules and availability.
6.2 Withdrawal methods and speeds
Common withdrawal methods include:
- Visa card withdrawals (1–3 business days after processing)
- Mastercard withdrawals (1–3 business days after processing, where supported)
- Apple Pay (usually instant after approval)
- Google Pay (usually instant after approval)
- Skrill 1-Tap™ (usually instant after approval)
- NETELLER (usually instant after approval)
PaysafeCard vouchers generally do not support withdrawals. In such cases, funds are paid via an alternative method shown in the cashier. Actual processing times may vary due to bank delays, public holidays, security checks, and your country or currency.
6.3 Reverse withdrawal period
After you request a withdrawal, it usually enters a reverse withdrawal period of at least 24 hours. During this time you may be able to cancel the withdrawal and move the funds back into your playing balance.
Reverse withdrawals are generally available between 05h00 GMT Thursday and 05h00 GMT Monday. Outside of these times, or once the reverse period ends, funds move to the processing stage and can no longer be cancelled.
6.4 Daily withdrawal cap
Unless stated otherwise in a special promotion or by prior agreement, withdrawals are subject to a general limit of NZ$9,000 per day (or the currency equivalent) across all methods. Large wins may be paid in instalments according to this cap.
6.5 Direct bank transfer charges
Where withdrawals are paid by direct bank transfer, a fee may apply if the withdrawal amount is below a certain threshold in your chosen currency. The table below shows guide fees, which may change from time to time. Current charges, where any apply, will be confirmed in the cashier or by our support team.

We may request identity documents or carry out extra checks before processing withdrawals, especially for:
- First withdrawals from a new account
- Large withdrawals
- Changes to your payment methods or personal details
These checks help protect you and us from fraud and money laundering. While such checks are under way, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals. Once verification is successfully completed, we will process your request as quickly as we can.
6.7 Accuracy of account details
You are responsible for ensuring that the bank, card, or e-wallet details you provide are correct. If a withdrawal is sent to an incorrect account due to wrong details submitted by you, we may not be able to recover the funds. We are not liable for any losses arising from such errors.
7. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Offers
7.1 General conditions
From time to time Kiwi's Treasure Casino may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, loyalty rewards, and other promotions. Each offer is subject to its own terms, in addition to these general Terms.
By claiming or using a bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific rules related to that offer as shown on the promotion page, in the cashier, in email or SMS messages, or in the game client.
7.2 Wagering requirements
Most bonuses carry playthrough or wagering requirements that must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn. Details of:
- Wagering multiples
- Maximum bet per spin or game round while using bonus funds
- Game contribution rates
are set out in the promotion rules. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7.3 Bonus abuse
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and related winnings if we believe that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once
- Placing low risk bets or hedging bets to clear wagering with little or no real play
- Using bonus funds to reach a high-value feature or game stage, then continuing with real money after the bonus is removed
- Any other behaviour that, in our view, attempts to gain an unfair advantage from a promotion
7.4 Modification and cancellation
Kiwi's Treasure Casino may amend or end any promotion or bonus offer at any time for legal, technical, or business reasons, while honouring offers already accepted where required by law. Where practical, we will give notice on the Site or by email.
8. Fair Play and Game Rules
8.1 Random number generation
Games at Kiwi's Treasure Casino use random number generator (RNG) technology to produce fair and unpredictable results. Our RNG is tested and certified by independent bodies such as eCOGRA or other approved labs.
8.2 Game rules and paytables
Each game has its own rules, paytable, and return to player (RTP) information, available within the game interface. By playing a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules and payout structure.
8.3 Disconnections and errors in play
If a game round is interrupted due to internet issues, device failure, or disconnection, the game outcome recorded on our servers will stand. In most modern games, the system will either complete the round automatically or resume it when you log back in.
If a system error, bug, or malfunction leads to incorrect game or payout results, the affected game round and any related winnings are void. Balances will be restored to the state before the error occurred, and any funds that have been paid out in error may be reclaimed.
9. Prohibited Behaviour
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Kiwi's Treasure Casino:
- Opening accounts in the name of another person or using another person’s documents
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
- Money laundering or attempts to disguise the source of funds
- Collusion with other players or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage
- Use of software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play the games
- Tampering with, or attempting to tamper with, games or security systems
- Posting or sharing offensive, abusive, or unlawful content on any part of the Site
- Any activity that breaks applicable laws or regulations
If we believe that you have breached this section, we may suspend or close your account, void bets or game rounds, remove bonuses, and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.
10. Responsible Gambling
Kiwi's Treasure Casino supports safe and responsible gambling for New Zealand players. We encourage you to play for fun and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment. Please:
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
- Set time and spend limits that fit your situation

You may close your Kiwi's Treasure Casino account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, we may ask you to withdraw remaining real money funds, subject to normal checks and any responsible gambling restrictions you have set.
13.2 Our right to suspend or close

- You have breached these Terms or promotion rules
- You have given false or misleading information
- You are involved in fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or unlawful activity
- You are in a restricted country or underage
- Your account has been inactive for a long period
Where possible and lawful, we will inform you of the reason for closure or suspension. Any remaining balances will be dealt with according to applicable law and regulatory guidance.
14. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
If your Kiwi's Treasure Casino account shows no login activity for a set period, we may treat it as inactive or dormant. The treatment of such accounts, including any potential fees or account closure steps, will follow our internal policy and regulatory rules. We will try to contact you before taking any significant action where required by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
Kiwi's Treasure Casino aims to provide a safe, stable and enjoyable service, but we cannot promise that the Site and games will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors at all times.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
- Losses or damages arising from your use of the Site or games, except where caused by our failure to meet our legal duties
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunity
- Any failure of your internet connection, device, or software
- Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details safe
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of Kiwi's Treasure Casino, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. Provide as much detail as you can, including your username, relevant game or transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to review and respond to complaints promptly and fairly. Some matters may take longer to investigate, especially those involving third-party providers or historical game data.
16.2 Escalation
If, after following our internal complaints process, you still feel that your concern has not been resolved, you may have the right to raise the matter with an independent dispute resolution body, in line with the rules of our licensing authority. Details of such bodies and how to contact them can be provided by our support team on request.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory rules, technical improvements, or our business processes. Updated Terms will be posted on the Kiwi's Treasure Casino Site with the date of the last revision.
Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, which may include on-site notices, emails, or prompts at login. Continued use of Kiwi's Treasure Casino after changes take effect will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
